TUDCA (Tauroursodeoxycholic Acid) is a water-soluble bile acid that has been used for centuries in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The benefits of our TUDCA Supplement are extensive. Most notably, it is thought to offer protection against various liver ailments by helping to protect the cells within the liver from damage or unhealthy buildup. It may also reduce liver enzymes found in certain conditions, such as cholestasis or bile acid malabsorption, among others.
In addition to improving overall hepatic health, research has indicated that regular supplementation of TUDCA may also help promote eye health by protecting the cornea against oxidative stress as well as diminishing any associated pain or discomfort while supporting a healthy flow of bile from the liver to the intestines.
