Shipping Policies
Simpli Supplements is dedicated to getting your order shipped to you as quickly as possible, and there is typically a handling time of 2 business days before orders ship.
This means that orders placed over the weekend will ship monday.
My order was marked delivered, but I don’t have it.
If your order is shown as delivered but didn’t take delivery, we’re happy to check this for you. Visit the ‘contact’ us page with your order # and we’ll get it taken care of for you.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
If an incorrect shipping address is entered, contact us before the order ships.
We are happy to reship orders sent to an invalid address and returned to us, and while we are often willing to reship orders to old addresses that aren’t sent back we reserve the right to not reship such orders if we find the circumstances surrounding them suspicious.
Paid Shipping Refunds
We cannot control delays from USPS or UPS, and generally do not refund shipping costs if we have both shipped the order on time and shipped it using the correct shipping method. If an order with paid shipping is delayed due to our mistake or has the wrong shipping method purchased we are happy to provide a full refund of the shipping costs.
